Crispy Fried Chicken Recipe

Crispy Fried Chicken
Crispy Fried Chicken - Flour-coated chicken is certainly a favorite the whole family. Preferably fried before eaten, so that crisp savory taste.


Country 1 chicken, cut into 8 pieces
2 cloves garlic, grated
½ tsp grated ginger
½ teaspoon pepper
1 tsp salt
2 egg whites, beaten until frothy
cooking oil


100 g of wheat flour
2 tbsp rice flour
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon pepper
1 tsp salt

  • Stir in garlic, ginger, pepper and salt until blended.
  • Marinate chicken with seasoning mixture until blended.
  • Dip in egg white and then dredge in the flour mixture until blended.
  • Heat oil over medium heat much.
  • Fry chicken until dry and overcooked.
  • Remove and drain.
Crispy Fried Chicken Recipe served for 6 portions, and certainly liked by your child.
