Ingredients:
Country 1 chicken, cut into 8 pieces
2 cloves garlic, grated
½ tsp grated ginger
½ teaspoon pepper
1 tsp salt
2 egg whites, beaten until frothy
cooking oil
Stir:
100 g of wheat flour
2 tbsp rice flour
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon pepper
1 tsp salt
Method:
- Stir in garlic, ginger, pepper and salt until blended.
- Marinate chicken with seasoning mixture until blended.
- Dip in egg white and then dredge in the flour mixture until blended.
- Heat oil over medium heat much.
- Fry chicken until dry and overcooked.
- Remove and drain.
