2 plates of white rice
150 gr chicken meat, cut into small pieces
100 grams prawns, peeled, leaving tail
2 eggs, beaten off, omelet, sliced
2 tablespoons butter
3 grains of red onion, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, finely sliced
½ tsp salt
½ tsp ground pepper
50 ounces of peas
Method:
- Heat the butter, saute garlic, onion until fragrant. Put chicken, shrimp. Stir well.
- Add rice, stir. Add salt, pepper powder. Stir well. Enter the peas, stir.
- Remove and serve.
