Ginger Rum Balls


Almost everyone loves chocolate, menu this time we will make a chocolate cake that is more unique with a combination of ginger and the team. Here's the recipe:

  • 1/2 tablespoon of chocolate cookie crumbs ready
  • 1 tablespoon of rum
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger powder
  • 200 grams dark cooking chocolate. team until melted
  • Process ingredients and mix rum, ginger, and 4 tablespoons of melted chocolate. Stir well.
  • Mix the cookie crumbs. Stir well.
  • After that, make a small circle shapes resemble marbles.
