Basic Recipe Meringue

Meringue Cake fit to be enjoyed with family or friends, but it's a basic recipe meringue can be processed into a wide variety of cakes with different flavor variations.


  • 4 egg white grains
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 300 grams of sugar
  • 100 ml of water


  • Beat the egg whites until stiff.
  • Cook the sugar and water until thick, with temperatures around 115 degrees Celsius.
