Pasta Potatoes

Ingredients:

100 grams of penne pasta shapes or macaroni, boiled
150 grams of small round potatoes, hard-boiled
150 grams of smoked chicken, ready to buy, sliced
250 grams of broccoli
50 grams of mozzarella cheese, sliced

Sauce:

2 tablespoons margarine
1/2 onion, chopped
3 tablespoons flour
250 ml of liquid milk
50 ml heavy cream
1 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
50 grams of cheddar cheese, grated
1 egg

Method:
  1. Prepare plate aluminum containers, size 15x12x5 cm, spread with margarine.
  2. Sauce: heat margarine and saute onion until wilted. Enter the flour and stir well. Add milk, heavy cream, salt, and pepper and stir until a thick sauce, add grated cheese and stir well.
  3. Completion: governance in the container, macaroni, smoked chicken, steamed potatoes and broccoli, pour sauce and mozzarella cheese layout.
  4. Bake in the oven with a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes, remove from heat.
