Pan-Fried Salmon Lemon Sauce

Ingredients:
    Pan Fried Salmon Lemon Sauce
  • 400 g salmon fillet, halved

  • 150 ml chicken stock / fish
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp white wine
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Bt 1 egg yolk
Method:
  • Season the salmon fillets with all the seasoning ingredients. Let soak 25 minutes.
  • Heat the butter in a grill pan, bake the fish until cooked. Shortly before being appointed, add chopped dill leaves. lift
  • For producing lemon sauce, heat the butter and saute onion until fragrant.
  • Enter the flour and stir well.
  • Add broth, lemon juice, red wine, pepper and salt. Cook until sauce expands.
  • Shortly before his appointment, enter the egg yolks. Remove and serve as a complement.
