Cheese Croissant Cookies

Variations of puff pastry dough with cheese cake makes this dish taste different and richer taste.

Ingredients:
  • 200 grams of ready-made puff pastry dough
  • 75 grams of grated edam cheese
  • 1 egg yolk, beaten off
  • 50 grams of grated cheddar cheese
Method:
  • Roll the dough as thick as 1.5 mm
  • Polishing yolk, sprinkle grated edam cheese. Cut into triangles with sides of 3x3 cm
  • Mini croissant rolls and spread with egg yolk.
  • Sprinkle grated edam cheese, and place it on a baking sheet that has been in the basting butter.
  • After that input into the oven with a temperature of 170 degrees Celsius until dry.
  • Turn off the oven and leave for 10 minutes in the oven.
